I know you are here. And I know what it took to get here. Not just the money, although that matters too. I mean the other cost. The hope you had to dust off just to open this page. The risk you had to take on yourself one more time.
I know, because I have been exactly where you are.
Around 2018 I was sitting on my driveway on a gray morning, cold coffee in hand, the street quiet. And I was just... gone. Staring at nothing. My work was up in the air. My finances were a question mark. I was showing up in social situations, putting on the mask, being charming enough. But at home I was checked out. Running on empty. Treading water. And even that was getting harder.
It was about as dark as it gets before a person starts considering some very real, very permanent decisions. I am telling you this because I want you to know I am not talking to you from a comfortable distance. I did not read the books and figure it out on a breezy afternoon. I was genuinely underwater. And I stayed there far longer than I needed to, partly because I did not know there was a way out, and partly because I was too ashamed to admit how bad it had gotten.
Here is what pulled me through. It was not one dramatic moment. It was a handful of questions.
"If there was something simple you could do with your body right now that would make you feel better… would you do it?"
I sat with that. And I realized my answer was not the immediate yes it should have been. In some quiet way, I was choosing to stay stuck. That realization, that I had a hand in my own recovery, was the first crack of light.
That light led me here, nearly a decade later: to doing the inner work, to writing a book about it, and now to building this course. Everything I will share with you is drawn from that journey. Not from a textbook. From the actual, lived experience of someone who was underwater and found his way back to the surface.
You made the right call. Now let's get to work.
